Wellness Retreat Yoga and Art Camp

Our Wellness Retreat Camp is a peaceful and empowering space designed to help kids recharge, connect, and grow. Campers will enjoy yoga, mindfulness activities,and creative crafting projects that encourage self-expression and relaxation.  Through movement, reflection, adn fun group experiences, tweens will learn simple tools for managing stress and building confidence.  It’s the perfect blend of wellness, creativity, and friendship.
