Take center stage at acting camp! During this camp, young actors are invited on an imaginative journey to learn to express their creative side and explore the wonder of theater. With coaching from professional theater artists, they will engage in a variety of activities designed to build their confidence and introduce them to acting for the stage. Campers will work both as an ensemble and in smaller groups, creating a supportive environment where they can explore their creativity and build lasting friendships. The camp culminates in a final showcase inspired by Alliance Theatre for Youth and Family productions or popular literature, where friends and family are invited to witness the incredible growth and talent of our young performers. Young actors will create original material to perform in the final showcase.

Camps at the Woodruff Arts Center include a ticket to an Alliance Theatre show if a production is running the week of your camp. In summer 2026, camps in Weeks 1-6 (May 26 – July 3) will include a show ticket. These camps include an additional $10 fee.
