Refund/Cancellation Policy
Changes/cancellations initiated by a parent/guardian will incur a fee and MUST be confirmed by an SCA employee least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the camp for which your child is enrolled. (M-F 9 to 5). There is a fee for all camp cancellations, based on the fee paid.
No refunds, transfers, and cancellations after a camp has begun or beyond the cancellation deadline.
