Yoga is my Superpower Camp

Yoga is my Superpower.  This is an action-packed camp where students tap into their inner superheroes while exploring the power of yoga! Through playful yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness, kids build strength, focus, and confidence.  With music, games, and fun superhero-themes adventures, they’ll learn how to harness their energy, calme their minds, and unleash their superpowers in a positive and empowering way.
